When we first visited the property there were two Ben's present, so given he was the tallest of the two he became known to my wife and I as big Ben! He was no nonsense and was very accurate in his property valuation. Without his direct approach I don't think we would have been so prepared at auction day and hence would not have been the successful bidder. His and cobden and haysons after sales service has been excellent and we will likely use him to sell in the future!

Julie and her team were just so professional in every way in selling our house of 29 years. The marketing was excellent and her follow up with potential buyers was very thorough. She was very patient with all our concerns and queries and nursed us through the emotional roller coaster that is selling a house. She keep us fully informed along the way and gave us constant feedback on buyers reactions to our property. By the time of the auction, we knew just where we stood.
