From the outset Ben provided us with clear communications - there was no gloss or sales pitch, just really told us what he thought and what his plan was. We appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness - it gave us confidence in making decisions. Ben was aggressive with his market appraisal and at all time drove to get us a result that reflected this. We always felt like that maximising our result was his priority - we never felt like he tried to push us into a quick sell for his convenience. Throughout the negotiations, Ben was calm and had a clear plan of attack that he followed through with. This meant we never felt rushed or stressed, as everything progressed along a mapped out path. Well what can you say about the fabulous Julie and her team. We met Julie when buying the house we have recently just sold. Julie was so helpful and lovely when we were the purchasers, we looked no further when choosing an agent to sell the house several years later when our needs had changed. She was again (with us now as vendors) fantastic. Any pre-sale problem we had she helped us solve. When I needed tradespeople she knew exactly who would be great (and they were) - her contacts book must be worth gold. In any local restaurants or shops we were in while the house was on the market and we were asked "who were we with", the response, when I said Julie Hatch, was always absolutely consistent - "oh Julie she's the best and she's just so lovely". Exactly!!

Right from the start Ben has shown the right amount of character and professionalism to create a great sale. You need to feel confident that your agent is constantly pushing and pulling in the right direction and always working with your best interests at hand. Ben has shown this to be the case during our sale. Ben did not sit there and sell to us why he would be the best at selling our property...instead he asked what we wanted to do with the sale and how we wanted to get there. Ben sold us a property in Lilyfield and we couldn't be happier with the service he gave us.
