When we met Chad, we were immediately impressed and knew he was the right agent to sell our property in Balmain. Not only is he extremely personable, but he is highly competent with an exceptional knowledge of the market. He was always in regular contact and nothing was too much trouble. Not only did he sell the property in a short period of time but expedited all areas with total professionalism and competence. He is completely up to date with current trends and marketing. We would highly recommend Chad and Cobden and Hayson. He is the agent you should strongly consider should you want to sell your property. You will feel so safe.

Chad was the consummate professional from the beginning of the process to the end. He provided sound advice, communicated regularly, and was always organised and well prepared. Great negotiator. I recommend him highly.

I am very happy with Chad and the work that he put in with my sale. He is very straightforward to deal with and gave excellent, regular feedback. The marketing for my apartment looked great and both that and Chad's hard work meant that we sold within 12 days of going to market.

Throughout this process Chad has been wonderful. He has kept me informed all along the way and followed up with each potential buyer, often several times. My property was affected by not only WestConnex, but also by a falling property market. He managed to find the right buyer and negotiate a great price and conditions, given the state of the market. His advice was sound and even when I started to think that the property would never sell, his enthusiasm and belief in my property never waivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chad to anyone thinking of selling their property.

We have nothing but praise for Chad and his team who helped sell our house and made us feel comfortable during the whole process. He is a genuinely nice guy who is not afraid to put in the hard yards and is there for the long game. He has always been generous with his time and advice even long before we decided to sell.

Chad is a trusted real estate agent.I first met him at an open house, when he was with Belle property a couple of years ago.Since then he had moved to Cobden and Hayson. Chad has kept in contact, and built a relationship .This is why I chose him as the real estate agent to sell my house. We signed the real estate agreement within 24 hours of discussing selling my home. The house was on the market within a week.As Chad very pro active, and was able to get everything in motion. Although the house did not sell at auction,Chad was able to negotiate a sale within a week afterwards. So the house was only on the market for 24 days! I would definitely recommend Chad as a real estate agent!
