I have bought and sold 5 properties and I found Chad to be the most honest, enthusiastic and helpful. He kept me informed on each new development if I needed to discuss any issue he made himself available. He has restored my faith in real-estate agents. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone looking For a good agent. Regards Danni Brandel

Eddy was known to me before from looking at various property opens. When we decided to sell, we felt Eddy was the one to entrust with the biggest transaction of our lives. Eddy had great market intelligence, highly developed communication & negotiation skills. He was cool under pressure and was always accessible. He provided timely feedback and reports, always followed up & used his breadth of experience to provide expert advise. I feel that Eddy with Cobden & Hayson represent the high end of the real estate agency market. They are honest, the information provided is accurate and true, very credible & reliable. They also listened to us, as their client & always treated us with respect. Eddy is a true professional.

I approached Cobden and Hayson Drummoyne when I was first thinking of putting my property on the market. I was introduced to Chad Egan who I found to be friendly and personable, and who kept in contact with me over the following months and helpfully suggested people who could advise and assist me with some renovations. When it came to selling the property, I found Chad to be personable, very competent and confident. He kept me up to date with interest in the property and always responded to my phone calls and emails promptly, while keeping potential buyers informed of any developments. Chad achieved a good result for me and I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying or selling property.

When deciding to sell our home we wanted to go with an agent that we could have open and frank discussions with, that was honest with their feedback, knew the market and most importantly someone that we liked. We found all that and more in Chad Egan of Cobden & Hayson. From the outset we knew Chad had our family’s interest at heart. Throughout the open house process we knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. Chad’s guidance and recommendations were brilliant and his strategy around the auction process was spot on. The end result was one we were extremely happy with. In a market that was changing quickly and dramatically - Chad got a brilliant result. We would have no hesitation in recommending Chad to anyone looking to sell in the inner west – we don’t think you could do better. Kind regards Nick & Louisa – (Evans Street Rozelle)
