We live 400km away from our property that was sold last month. We did not once have to travel down to our property, Mia took control and sold our property for a very good figure using her highly accredited negotiation skills. We would recommend her to an prospective vendors - she is honest honest and what she tells you are the facts in relation to the interest/enquiries/feed back offers, legal advice etc on the property. I don't believe we would have had the end result financially if it wasn't for her expertise and experience in the business she did an amazing job negotiating before auction between prospective purchasers.
