Excellent local knowledge and marketing strategy

Mia and the whole Cobden & Hayson team did an amazing job on selling the property. Using their considerable local expertise every strategic decision on the sales process proved to be correct. Assistance was provided in styling and preparing the house so that it would be ready for sale within a ten day period allowing a sale pre-Christmas. The marketing efforts of the team resulted in a significant turn out at the auction to help achieve a fantastic result on-the-day.
