Working with Chad and Lisa didn't happen overnight. In the 2 years since we first spoke, they have been generous with their time and shared their market knowledge and expertise with us. Regarding the sale of our house, we couldn't have asked for better. In a difficult market, they supported and advised on getting the property ready, were super organised and kept up on track and negotiated a good sale for our property. Our house was on the market for less than a week and we achieved an outcome everyone was happy with. Can't recommend them highly enough. We'll definitely work with them again (and keep bugging them with questions in the meantime :)
