We did our research prior to committing to an agent to sell our property. Without a doubt Chad stood out from the rest and as a team he and Lisa put together an impressive marketing programme. The people they used for photography, video, copy and floor plan were all professionals in what they do and the end result got people through the door to inspect our property. We accepted an offer pre-auction which we were very happy with and this allowed us to concentrate on getting everything ready for our new home without worrying about an upcoming auction for our property. Certainly look at what other agents have to offer, but after hearing Chad outline his sales philosophy and review his results, you would be crazy if you didn't sign up with him.
