A very pleasant experience all round.Any query I had was addressed and fully explained clearly and precisely with absolutely no double speak. George himself is a good and upstanding person and is a pleasure to completely address all problems and queries both by myself and the potential purchasers. Another aspect of my dealings is the support George has in his team and one person in particular deserves a mention in Brooke Elford who handles a lot of the behind the scenes processes. A truly genuine attitude to assist is evident at first meeting with George Also he is ably assisted by Brooke Elford and between them both the service and attention to detail is not to be faulted. In fact they allay all your uncertainties and their response to any problem is almost immediate If I was buying or selling a property now I would unhesitatingly put it in their hands.

I am very pleased with George and his assistant Brooke. They are very pleasant to deal with and responded promptly to my questions. George was very conscientious, contacting me regularly with updates re progress of the campaign and adjusting his and my expectations along the way. George impressed us from our initial meeting with his extensive knowledge and understanding of our local market, as well as his obvious energy and passion for getting a good result. The first thing George did for us was to organise all the trades in sprucing up our house, it was looking pretty tired as nothing had been done to it for some 30 years!! The transition was remarkable, the house looked fantastic and most people would've been happy to move straight in and enjoy, and the stylist George used did a wonderful job of making the house look modern and comfortable. The marketing programme was excellent, great online presence, open for inspections well attended and we even had offers before we had started. Over the course of the process we received 6 offers before auction but, on George's advice decided to carry on to auction as we felt that would be the best way to see the highest price achieved. Auction day was well attended with strong bidding right from the start. In the end we had about 5 active bidders and got a result better than even our most optimistic expectations. I'd appoint George again in a heartbeat!!

George did an awesome job of managing the entire sales process, including comprehensive property preparation for sale (along with others from the CobdenHayson team), marketing, negotiations and close. We were kept in the loop the whole time, and always felt that George and the CH team were acting professionally and effectively. The process was about 9 weeks end to end, including 4 weeks on the market leading up to auction. Very happy with the result.
