George did an awesome job of managing the entire sales process, including comprehensive property preparation for sale (along with others from the CobdenHayson team), marketing, negotiations and close. We were kept in the loop the whole time, and always felt that George and the CH team were acting professionally and effectively. The process was about 9 weeks end to end, including 4 weeks on the market leading up to auction. Very happy with the result.

George and Brooke were a great team. Professional and always followed through, with regular updates, frank advice and a Plan A and B. We chose George for the consistently good prices achieved for vendors in the area and were extremely happy with his ability to get 2 buyers to auction and with the price achieved in a difficult market. Brooke was impeccable in following through on requests to change photos etc. We would recommend them to anybody.

He was always professional and seemed to have a sound knowledge of the local market. George worked tirelessly to get us the best price possible for our property.
