Dear Santos I cannot thank you enough for all your hard work and such an amazing result which well exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, you had a specific plan of how to sell my property in your mind. You did not intend to sell it just as 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom house, but one with huge potential, which I could not see myself. Each time you suggested something to improve my house, it became more and more attractive, and I was wondering if I really wanted to leave here! As a result of your efforts, it reached maximum price, and at this point I realized that I had made the right decision as to whom to leave my largest asset with. Throughout the marketing period, you were very polite and professional. You never failed to return my calls nor mails, and always made yourself available for me. You made all decisions very quickly, and things moved fast. I never felt stressed while working with you, which was pleasant surprise as I thought selling a house would have been the most stressful event possible. I also would like to extend my appreciation to all your team including the suppliers. They obviously enjoyed working for R&W Leichhardt (they said so). Santos, I mentioned that I would like to find an investment property after the auction. Now I would rather want to invest on you for higher returns!
