Harcourts Beyond have managed our investment property for the last six years. During that time they have proactively managed all aspects of the rental including maintenance, rent collection and disbursement as well as providing a smooth transition between tenants. In parallel they have made a number of positive updates to their management software and are able to provide increasingly useful financial information in a timely manner. Recently our current tenants decided to move on from our property and we were surprised with the speed and efficiency that Paul and his team found a suitable replacement family. Even with the constraints of the Covid-19 pandemic we will not be without income. All round great service from this agency.

Digital application/providing support documents, viewing register, linking of references was very straight forwarded to complete online and made the process easy. The only in person arrangement was the viewing of the property. I indicated my interest in the property after viewing and received a follow up call and as I completed a pre-approval app, I was able to obtain confirmation of being successful for the property that afternoon. (After Bond Payment etc) - I was happy with the ease of the process, I did have a query and was required to make a call, agency was easily accessible.
