Amazing agency
Lisa showed us through one house and we asked if there was any more so she took us to another one which ended up being perfect for us. The communication from the start was prompt and they made sure we were made aware of each step as it processed.

A satisfactory job.
On the whole I am happy with the way Harcourts have carried out their management of our rental properties. My main grouch comes from several years ago, with presumably the same policy today whereby the firm will not carry out the engagement of tenants ( for a fee) but leave the management in the hands of the owner - or perhaps some other manager.

Not the greatest experience
Well, I received a good treatment only until signing the lease. I requested the key for previous evening of the move date as i had to start very early in the morning. I was refused saying that it can't be done due to lagislation restrictions. I was surprised to hear this as i never had issue with this type of request previously while dealing with other agencies with similar reputation. I am not fussed about being refusing to give the keys in advace and I was happy to bring the lease date forward to resolve the issue. But what's frustating is that i did not receive the call back and the lady was very rude when i finally manged to speak to her suggesting that she had already replied to my email. I know you guys have to do what you have to do but at least try and understand your client's problem and be polite when you can't help them. Very poor communication.
