I do not like the process of buying a house and developed a general distain for estate agents throughout the whole process, with the exception of Robert. Robert was a great communicator for all parties through my lengthy 3 plus months of negotiations. Robert was completely transparent, answered all questions put forward to him honestly and promptly. If I had any other of the many estate agents advocating for my terms during this process, I would not have stuck with it and ultimately I would not now be moving into my first home. We really appreciated the way Robert kept us informed of the sales process every step of the way. He was extremely helpful and made sure our property was in tip top shape so that it presented well. This was especially helpful because we do not live in Queensland. Whilst the property was on the market, we had tenants still living there and he was able to coordinate the open inspections with their cooperation very well.
