I am generally satisfied with the level of service. The week in week out management of my properties is of a professional standard that you would expect of any agency. But the test of a good agency is the outcomes delivered outside of the day to day routine. Can't say that I am pleased to be the one paying because a tenant called out for a lock smith on a Sunday. I wonder how I am the one left carrying the can for something that I had no involvement in. The relationship is meant to be that the property owner stands removed from the day to day management of investment properties, so exactly how is it that I am the one paying for the Sunday call out to a locksmith?
