Great experience purchasing through Andrea at Colac to Coast
This purchase and sale was pretty easy (and we've done a few over the years!). Andrea was always responsive and assisted us with extra inspections leading up to the settlement which made the purchase a breeze. Great job - thanks

A very respectable and honest agent.
From the beginning Stuart made us feel like we had been friends for a long time. He never treated us as a buyer. From day one, Stuart explained to us in detail all about the property and sent us section 32 in a timely manner. He told us a little about the vendor and how nice they are and why it was time for them to sell. We always felt that Stuart was honest with us and made buying this property a dream come true for us. His negotiating between vendor and buyer made us feel he was working equally for both sides. Never did Stuart ask us to take his word for anything, instead he was most appreciative that we did our due diligence. A very professional and respectful agent. I highly recommend Stuart.

Excellent communication.
Stuart was always available when we needed him during the process of selling our home to reassure and support us. Andrea made it happen!
We made contact with Andrea at an OFI just days prior to Covid 19 commencing. We were downsizing but we were looking for specific requirements in our next house purchase. Andrea immediately said, “ I think I may have the home for you”. She organised for us to view the property and yes she was correct. Nothing was a trouble to her. She made time for us even if it meant out of office hours and her bright bubbly personality helped make the experience less stressful, in challenging times. Her knowledge of the purchasing process was second to none.
