Andrea did an excellent job. Her appraisal of the property, estimate of the valuation, suggestions for maximising the sale price and market knowledge combined to give us a sale in 6 days, with 4 potential purchasers negotiating with her and, ultimately, selling the house for the top end of our expected price range.

Easiest sale ever
This was the easiest and quickest real estate sale we've ever had. Lorin had a client on her books who was looking for a house just like ours so prior to it hitting the open market she and Stuart requested their client be allowed to view our house. Easy and great to deal with.
When we first spoke about selling our house Andrea had 2 people through our house before it even went on the market. Our house SOLD in 4 days before any open homes and Andrea was very professional and easy to work with. We have now sold both of our houses through Andrea and would happily recommend her to any of our friends and family.

Andrea was very easy to work with and her knowledge of the local market made the whole process seamless. Her advice was very useful after listening to my requests as the vendor.
