True Professional
Stuart is a true professional. He is always well presented and on time. We have dealt through Stuart before as both purchasers and vendors and engaged his services again as vendors due to the wonderful service he gave us previously. Once again he proved to be a great choice of agent. As a selling agent, he has his vendors best interest at heart by aiming to get the best possible price and terms without the high pressure tactics used by some sales people. In our experience Stuart is a true professional and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for an ethical and successful real estate agent.

First home buyers dream!
We couldn't recommend Stuart, Andrea and the rest of the team at Colac to Coast Real Estate any higher. As a first home buyer we were unsure what to expect, but we can say without any hesitation that with their help and knowledge it made viewing and purchasing our new home seamless, keeping us calm and reassured through the process.

Held it together in a crisis, difficult purchase with pressing time constraints
But it still ruined my pre planned holiday "R & R" with unrealistic stress. But that wasn't really his personal fault. More to do with incompatible conveyancing issues. Vendor was expecting me to sign (late at night) immediately without my conveyancer reading & researching which was well outside her business hours. I was in Bali by the time she got to work & why use a conveyancer if you ignore their advice. However his assistant Andrea (incredibly professional back up & support) got a complex purchase sorted. I am now happy in my new home & would recommend Colac to Coast as Stuart & Andrea are reliable navigators / sales people & every sale has unforseen obstacles. (Warts & all version)

Very professional agent who got a fast result
Excellent knowledge of the market and dealt with prospective buyers professionally. House was sold within 3 weeks of going to market at full price which was well beyond my expectations. Help with presenting the property for sale was also very good and appreciated.

A Pleasure To Deal With
In a short space of six months this year, we have both purchased and sold property in Colac where Stuart was the estate agent. So we have had the opportunity to assess his skills from both sides of a real estate sale. In both instances Stuart worked very hard in the interests of the seller , whilst taking pleasure in keeping the purchasers happy as well, thus creating a win-win for all parties. During the sale of our properties, Stuart gave us plenty of time and information to decide on the best strategy to adopt to ensure a successful sale. He is personable and communicated with us regularly to keep us informed of developments. We found him to be honest, respectful, willing to not just give sound advice but also to listen to our views and take them into consideration. At the crucial time of the sale, he negotiated skillfully to ensure that we received a good price and also met our timelines for the sale. In brief he is a very professional real estate agent who really cares about his clients.
