Not only did he facilitate a smooth transaction for our sale, he was helpful with market insights and wording of a contract that didn’t involve his company. I loved that we didn’t pay for advertising and he was prepared to risk his own funds to market the property. He had faith in his own ability to price the property where the market was at. Overall the experience was great.
