It is during times of crisis that you get to see people's true character. No doubt selling a property in the midst of a Pandemic qualifies as one of those times. Our criteria when selecting an agent was quite simple. We wanted someone who was non pushy, knowledgeable, trustworthy and basically just great humans. We found Adam & Sarah all of the above and more. Adam has a wealth of experience and combined with his good character and high ethical standards and will go above and beyond for his clients to achieve a far greater result than ever imagined. Sarah compliments Adam and brings her own skillset to the party. Self-Motivated, Adaptability, Positive and very efficient all done with a big smile on her face. In writing this review I do so in hopes that whoever reads it invites them both into their homes for consideration. You will not be disappointed. We couldn’t be more happier with them both and how they handled the sale of our home. #clientsforlife

We just purchased a unit in Burleigh as an investment at a pretty scary time. Braiden has a very relaxed manner which kept everyone calm & able to proceed smoothly. It took us a long time to get our finance through which required an extension. Braiden stayed in regular contact throughout assuring ourselves & the vendor that we would get through it

On first meeting with John we knew he was the person to engage to sell our home. John’s knowledge, reputation and experience of the area was invaluable. We found John to be professional and polite throughout the marketing campaign to the eventual sale of our property. His advertising and marketing team were wonderful and with John’s expertise we sold very quickly. John always kept in contact with updates and feedback. We would highly recommend John Fischer of PRD Realty Burleigh to anyone who is looking at either selling or buying a property.

I couldn't be happier that I chose Adam Van Leeuwen for my recent property sale. Adam went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening as a first time seller, patiently walking me through the sales process and helping me to feel reassured and calm the whole time. I was very impressed with the marketing, from the staging tips to the beautiful photographs and well run open homes. My property sold within a few weeks over the price I wanted with some very savvy negotiation on Adam's part. I would never have imagined selling to be so easy, fast and enjoyable. Adam did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I engaged Paula after a recent sale in the same street, and knowing she also had a similar listing in a nearby location. She seamlessly transitioned interested buyers from one of her properties to mine, with zero marketing expenses and sold the property for a price i was more than happy with in "as is" condition. Given the property had been a home with 2 young children, needed some work and was void of furniture, Paula did an amazing job articulating the inherent value within our property, and we were able to receive multiple offers. She communicated often and clearly throughout, always followed up on any outstanding items, and was honest in regard to potential buyers feedback and was focused on buyer and seller being happy with the outcome. Paula certainly made a process i wasn't exactly excited to be embarking on incredibly easy, she was empathetic throughout, and most importantly got the desired outcome.

Braiden was able to achieve an incredible sales result which was well beyond our expectations. He made the whole process seamless and made it an enjoyable experience. He has an abundance of knowledge and truly believes in putting his clients first. I would recommend Braiden to anyone thinking of selling in the local area!

From our first meeting it was obvious Braiden wanted the best possible price for us. He didn’t compare our unit with “average” prices and concentrated on it's selling the features. The online photo presentation was fantastic and produced immediate results. Within three days we had a signed contract. Braiden listened to what we wanted from our first meeting and delivered the result. A pleasure to work with
