Braiden was a pleasure to work with. Being interstate presented some logistical issues when presenting the property for sale however nothing was ever to much for Braiden. He achieved a great result and marketed the property extremely well. Thanks again mate.

John had a good knowledge of his market and had motivated purchasers ready to view the property. They had an opportunity to view the property prior to engaging John as we had gone to market 2 year earlier and John still had the promotional material. As soon as we signed the contract with John we had a suitable offer and sold the property within 2 days so we didn't even need to spend money on advertising or listings. Great job John. Appreciate your expertise and assistance.

My husband and myself found John to be a very likable gentleman, polite, very happy, with a great sense of humour. His knowledge of the market value in the area was extremely good. At no time did John make me feel my property was not worth the asking price and he never pressured me into accepting any unreasonable offers. Overall we are very happy with John and his team and have no hesitation in recommending him to future clients. Thank you so much

Absolutely amazing service, from the initial meeting to the listing 5 days later to the sale 24 hours after that! Would use again in a heartbeat.

Despite all the Covid 19 restrictions and the effects on buyers ability to get finance as a result, Adrian sold my house seemingly effortlessly for a price I was more than happy with. He always kept me informed and advised of the best course of action. If you're selling, he's your man.

Our house went on the market at the onset of Covid-19 lockdown. No one knew what to expect. But John steered us through this strangest of times. We'd dealt with other real estate agents in the past. They offered mostly bluster, but John gave us advice, acumen and action. He shot a walk-through video, tweaked the price with our approval to suit the market's mood. And we got our sale. If you're in his service area, John Fischer is the agent you should talk to.

John and Shelley were both great to work with. We were purchasing our first house so we had plenty of questions and were a bit nervous in taking the plunge. John and Shelley put us at ease and made the purchase an easy one.

We bought our first home and the whole process has been made so easy thanks to Braiden. Very professional and kept in contact the whole time, even after we had purchased.

As an agent John has been very helpful with the sale of the property and the process has gone through very quickly which also assisted us as buyers. I would recommend John as a Real Estate agent .

We highly recommend John Fisher and his team. John is a career agent who is in his zone of genius when strategically making deals come together. During the peak of COVID-19 John listed and sold our home within two weeks. He found us the right buyer, at a fair price, who could deliver on a simultaneous settlement. Quite a challenge! As if that wasn't enough - he also negotiated on our behalf, significantly, on the home we were purchasing from another real estate group. During a historically tumultuous pandemic he always had the next step lined up and led the process for multiple parties. He's helped us secure our dream home for which we are incredibly grateful. He's direct, easy to talk to and he's the guy you want on your team when you want to make it happen. Kate, Elanora
