To begin with, he listened to us and our thoughts about our property. He shared his excellent knowledge of the selling process, the local area market and how to get ready for sale. He proactively attended to everything always keeping me informed. Braiden is an effective communicator. He is clear in his emails and messages and always replies promptly. I did not have to chase him up on any matter and at no time felt pressured or uncertain about the next step. I am so impressed with his professionalism, positivity and support for his clients. Others I have spoken to also comment on his drive to serve his clients and his hard working, personable manner. To put it simply, Braiden made the whole experience a positive, successful and even an enjoyable one.
