Braiden is a great negotiator, hard working, very knowledgeable about the market and very friendly and easy to work with. Extremely happy with the price he achieved when selling our house. Braiden sold our house in only 9 days and made our selling experience effortless. I can't recommend him highly enough!

We noticed that most of the activity in our area was being conducted by the John Fischer Real Estate . John and his team kept the community informed by letter box leaflets of all the current sales and listings, and prices being achieved. When we decided to list our property, we had no hesitation in contacting John. We found their service, advertising, and general knowledge of the Tallebudgera Valley and area to be very up to date . John and the team conducted our open house and inspections in a very professional manner and we received an offer after only three weeks. We are very happy to recommend John, Shelley and Matt to any prospective vendors

As a seller, Adam put us first and guided us to with knowledge and expertise which provided reassurance that our interests were being looked after. Trust is a rarity in the real estate world and hard to come by, Adam has certainly gained my trust as an agent.

We were impressed from the word go as to Paula’s professional attitude. She was very helpful in advising on presentation of house. Straight away she was on the ball, organising photos for advertising online and Open House for very next weekend. The quick sale speaks volumes, we would not hesitate to recommend her as a top sales person. Ten out of ten from us.
