James graduated from Aquinas College in 1999 and went on to study a Bachelor of Science at UWA majoring in coastal planning and management and marine biology. James began studying real estate whilst sailing long ocean passages as first mate on a 50m luxury super yacht. It was during this time that James learnt the meaning of true customer service and satisfaction, terms used loosely in this industry. Living locally his whole life, James is an astute property investor, having bought and sold multiple properties in the Western Suburbs.
