We met with Colleen to discuss selling our house and downsizing to an apartment. We contacted her as she had previously sold property for us and we knew she was very professional and easy to talk to. She listed our house for sale and a few days later she and her assistant, Sarah found us the perfect apartment off market. This took away the stress of finding somewhere to live once our house was sold. We viewed the apartment, fell in love with it and made an offer shortly afterwards.
