When I first moved in, there was a small plumbing issue. Even though it was over the weekend, they arranged a plumber very quickly, which I really appreciated, especially as someone new to the area. Throughout my tenancy, any issues or questions were handled promptly and professionally. Overall, the property has been well managed and the experience has been smooth and stress-free. Market knowledge - the team understood our needs well and catered to these as the search went on for a rental. They were well aware of the area and found a most suitable location despite the challenging rental market. Communication - excellent communication. Always notifying of updates and processes which were to occur to secure this property. Professionalism - good conduct throughout the entire rental process.
