We had just moved from Adelaide and were staying in a motel, struggling to adjust and feeling quite hopeless. Every day, we went to inspections with no response or luck. But everything changed when we met Darcey. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely wanted to help us. Within just three days of meeting her, she found us the perfect home at a very reasonable weekly rent. We couldn’t believe how fast and smooth the whole process was. Darcey explained everything to us clearly and patiently, making the entire application and move-in process so much easier. Her support and professionalism truly made all the difference, and we will always be grateful for her help. My experience with Complete Real Estate has been beyond incredible. From the moment I made the decision to rent out my house, Brianna and Marika provided me with so much support, information, advice, and guidance. I worked mainly with Bri, who continuously and promptly answered emails, clarified MANY questions, and was extremely professional while also being very real and relatable. This was incredibly comforting during a hectic time. The process could have been very stressful; however, Bri was able to eliminate this with her amazing approach, kindness, knowledge, and support. When handing over my keys, I had zero concerns and felt extremely happy and comfortable knowing the house I’ve called home for seven years was in safe and highly competent hands. I am extremely grateful for and appreciative of everything Bri has done up to this point and am looking forward to continuing to work with her. After then having a walk through the rental property to then being the one selected for the house everything couldn’t have went smoother.
