Takes good care of the needs of the Landlord and acts diligently. Provided good advice based on a comprehensive knowledge of the current market trends. Also knows how to proactively source and screen good tenants. Acts as Landlord's delegate to speak to the underwriters' of the Building and content policy and arrange for quotations if required. Overall, very happy with the excellent service standards.
