We had a great experience with Mahesh Subramanian throughout the sale of our apartment in Grazier Lane, Belconnen. Mahesh was always responsive, approachable and kept us well informed at every stage. His knowledge of the local market and honest advice helped us make confident decisions, and he handled the negotiations professionally. What stood out most was his genuine commitment to achieving a good result for us. We really appreciated his hard work, attention to detail and personal approach, and would happily recommend Mahesh to anyone selling property in Canberra.

I had a smooth transition of selling my house even though I don’t live in that city. He did a great job starting from helping to get the house painted , the photo shoot , the styling of the house , helping to assign someone to throw the rest of the furniture and even with conveyance he was there with thick and thin in all this he was very supportive and caring even to deal with minute things . I am pleased to say it was great job Alvin keep it going all your good work kudos to you 🙏
