I had a negative experience in the past with a real estate agent, so I came into this sale cautiously. Not only did Zeta put my mind at ease but she changed my opinion on the real estate industry. After putting my enquiry out there seeking an agent, Zeta was the first person to call me, she was that eager to sell my property that she called on a sunday. The first phone call set the tone for the rest of the experience, she had a strategy on how to sell the house, and shared with me the options and probabilities of outcomes based on said options. This was all in the span of the first phone call. I spoke to other agents to get a lay of the field, but none were prepared and shared as much strategic detail as Zeta. After I moved out of the house, Zeta hit the ground running, commencing work needed to sell the property on day 1. The marketing campaign followed not long after. Then 1 day after the first viewing, a buyer brought my property for more then I expected. Everything moved quickly in a good way with this sale. And Zeta is such an excellent communicator, she kept in contact and told me of strategies and plans and kept me in the loop with everything. And if there was anything I did not understand, she explained it. The sale went smoothly, I was communicated with perfectly and everything was quick. I don't think this would have been possible without Zeta's hard work.
