Around 1 week before Christmas, I have decided to purchase the unit as I have a good job and my family's on the way to come, I really need a place to settle in. Then, I have contacted Wendy by phone. On the phone, she explained me every details and answered my questions very good (I am a 1st home buyer, so I had a lot of questions). Next day, we started to work on the offer and all of the further paper work Wendy guided me to conduct it effectively.
