Kate Tomba is thrilled to embark on her journey with Haven Property, a place she holds dear to her heart. This office, nestled in the vibrant heart of Coolum, carries a legacy close to Kate's roots. Originally owned and operated by her parents since the late 80's, and this is where Kate began and cultivated her 16-year career in real estate. "Nearly five decades ago, my parents chose Coolum Beach as home when they acquired the local news agency," Kate shares gratefully. She cherishes every aspect of Coolum Beach – from its stunning beaches and scenic trails to its bustling cafes and convenient local amenities, all just a stone's throw away. "Now, having a piece of this paradise myself fills me with immense excitement." With two decades of experience spanning property management to executive sales and office management, Kate brings profound local insight to the real estate landscape. She is committed to delivering excellence to her clients and team alike, fostering a dynamic culture and nurturing strong community bonds. Kate eagerly anticipates continuing her family's legacy and making a positive impact at Haven Property.

The property manager helped identify a suitable and affordable rental in Coolum.Not so easy but did

I was able to secure a 3 bedroom house, close to beach with a pet dog. I thought there was no way we were able to be successful in any application as nearly all rental property with inspection had SO SO MANY APPLICATIONS. The team a Haven are very professional across their whole team, especially the young at heart agents with over 30 years experience in the COOLUM REALESTATE industry. I would definitely recommend HAVEN PROPERTY to all seeking rentals or owners seeking to SELL, LEASE OR RENT their property to Contact HAVEN PROPERTY.
