About us

Haven Property, we’re proud to be one of the longest-standing real estate agencies on the Sunshine Coast, with a legacy that dates back to 1969. Our deep roots in the local community have grown naturally over decades of trusted service, evolving with the region while staying true to our core values. Our office has stood in the same location for generations, witnessing changes in ownership and branding, always with the same commitment to genuine care and outstanding results. Today, Haven Property is led by co-owners Kate Tomba, James Henley, and Matt Webster. Kate brings a particularly meaningful connection to the agency: her mother, Lorraine Cush, was a long-time owner from 1987, originally under the Professionals banner, and later rebranded the agency as Coolum Beach Real Estate in 2012 Now known as Haven Property, we’ve expanded our focus beyond Coolum to serve the entire Sunshine Coast. Our name may be new, but our people, passion, and professionalism remain the same. Trust your next move to the Sunshine Coast’s dedicated property professionals. Hardworking, knowledgeable, and deeply local, our team is here to support you and your property every step of the way.
