Originally owned and operated by her parents since the late 80's, and this is where Kate began and cultivated her 16-year career in real estate. "Nearly five decades ago, my parents chose Coolum Beach as home when they acquired the local news agency," Kate shares gratefully. She cherishes every aspect of Coolum Beach – from its stunning beaches and scenic trails to its bustling cafes and convenient local amenities, all just a stone's throw away. "Now, having a piece of this paradise myself fills me with immense excitement." With two decades of experience spanning property management to executive sales and office management, Kate brings profound local insight to the real estate landscape. She is committed to delivering excellence to her clients and team alike, fostering a dynamic culture and nurturing strong community bonds. Super friendly and very professional

These guys were incredibly friendly and made the whole rental process such a positive experience. From the beginning, they communicated clearly, responded promptly to any questions we had, and were always professional and approachable. simply excellent in every way

All the staff have been professional and very friendly all the way. We are most delighted. First we had a meeting with one of the directors and the property manager. We discussed what we had to offer and the kind of tenants it would suit. Our rental was inspected and professional photos taken. The proposed ad was emailed for our approval and m2 was quickly added. Written updates kept us informed of upcoming inspections. Results and number of interested parties. References and income were carefully checked. and we chose a delightful couple.
