We couldn’t be happier with Terrianne and the team at Haven Property! Living in Victoria while having our rental property managed in Queensland could easily be challenging, but Terrianne makes the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Her communication is always fantastic, she is approachable, professional and responsive, and we always feel confident knowing our property is in such good hands despite being interstate. We truly appreciate the care, dedication and support Terrianne provides. It makes such a difference having someone we can trust to look after our investment from afar. We highly recommend Terrianne and Haven Property to anyone looking for a fantastic property management team!

I was able to secure a 3 bedroom house, close to beach with a pet dog. I thought there was no way we were able to be successful in any application as nearly all rental property with inspection had SO SO MANY APPLICATIONS. The team a Haven are very professional across their whole team, especially the young at heart agents with over 30 years experience in the COOLUM REALESTATE industry. I would definitely recommend HAVEN PROPERTY to all seeking rentals or owners seeking to SELL, LEASE OR RENT their property to Contact HAVEN PROPERTY.
