I had a great experience working with Haven Property Group. Their communication was consistently efficient, keeping me informed every step of the way without any delays or confusion. What really stood out was how friendly and polite they were in every interaction. No matter the question or request, they responded with professionalism and genuine care, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. As first-time landlords, we truly appreciated how helpful they were. They offered fantastic advice and guidance, helping us feel confident in our decisions and better understand the process. I would highly recommend Haven Property Group to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property management team.

James and his team from the minute I called them - were on board to work with me on finding a property for us that was just right and met all our needs. James was personable, approachable, genuine and just downright Australian - everything we have lost in this country of what it means to be true blue. From start to finalisation and moving in - he and his team have been with us to navigate the process. Have is not just an agent who sell you a home or sell your home - they are family ❤️ Thankyou, James, Caitlin and Cara.

Caitlin and her team were very easy to deal with and I was into my rental property with no issues. A couple of things needed fixing and the repairs were promptly organised.

The team at Haven were on the ball from day one, they kept us informed at all times. We had a higher end property with a smaller target market which I knew would be difficult to find a tenant. They showed superb market knowledge and found the right client for me. I would highly recommend.

Kate Toomba and her team including Caitlin and Cara have a great source of local knowledge and access to the market at Coolum Beach. There were efficient in there renting of my unit and were open to my untested views. I felt listened to and respected.
