Sophie made the buying experience very easy. It all went super fast but smooth. She made the effort and time answering all our questions and always had a big smile on her face! She made us feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable about realestate and the area. Would recommend her any time!

Sophie sold our home on time and through difficult personal circumstances. She exceeded our expectations and made the process extremely easy, she genuinely cared and gave us as the sellers a perspective which enabled us to sell our home with little to no stress. If I was to recommend Sophie I’d give her 100 out of 10. Thank you again.

Sophie was knowledgeable and committed to helping us through the purchasing process. She understands the area and can price properties appropriately and recommend other suitable properties. I would use Sophie when we look to sell.

We have sold two properties in the last 2yrs with Sophie. Sophie is a very honest & friendly person and very un-salesman like, she genuinely cares about her clients (buyers and sellers) and getting them the best result/dream home. She is a fantastic agent, knows the market & the area well (GC), legal jargon (which just helps with making the whole process easy) and lots of tips/tricks etc for getting the best sale result. She's young, savy, makes great video tours (which personally i feel make such a difference when you are viewing properties online). We were on the market for 3 days, 40K more than we wanted and two offers at the first open home. Definitely the result we wanted & would 100% use Sophie again. We wouldn't sell a house on the Gold Coast with any one else.

Sophie is second to none for the Gold Coast. She made everything a breeze and guided us through the whole process of buying our first home. She was always in contact and never left us in the dark on anything. She's always happy and smiling and deserves every bit of praise she receives. Unbelievable experience with her.

Sophie was lovely to deal with and was in touch and updating us with anything that was needed in a prompt manner. She was readily available if we needed to contact her to discuss anything regarding the sale, and was transparent throughout the whole process. During this crazy climate post COVID-19 in the sales market, we noticed she was one of the rare agents who seemed to care and followed up where others did not. She did not make us feel like a number and remembered our circumstances. Would recommend Sophie to anyone in the property market.

From start to finish of the entire sales process Sophie was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, organised and efficient in communication and sales strategy. We were already receiving significant buyer interest from social media sneak peeks and after the 1st open home, after only being online for 4 days, we received multiple offers to purchase our home! After completing an extensive renovation over several years, we are extremely happy with the superior service and sales result Sophie delivered as our agent and have no doubt that other agents in the area could not have achieved what she set out to do. Our estates ceiling price has been smashed out of the park with a record sale price being achieved. Thanks a million a Sophie!

Sophie is one of a kind! One of the best agents on the coast. Sophie made our purchase so easy and stress-free. We cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond for our little family. Highly Recommend!!!

Sophie was so professional knew the area spot on with Price. All I felt I had to do was sign everything else she took care of. I moved back overseas and left in her hands . Not once did I worry she handled it all .
