Sophie is an incredible agent! She managed to secure two good offers on our house after our first open day. She has excellent communication and people skills and is extremely motivated and well organized. If we ever sell again I will contact Sophie first!

Tyler Benson from Coomera Realty was very helpful to us. We live interstate and wanted to sell our investment property in QLD during this COVID time Tyler helped us with market updates and helped us organise the property to be ready for sale. Tyler is friendly and his professionalism guided us through the process with ease. We truly recommend Tyler and thank him for his great work.

Sophie made the experience of purchasing the property from interstate easy. Nothing was a problem, she was always willing to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. I was selling my house from overseas so I needed an agent I could have full faith in that could make decisions and execute them without me having to be involved in every step of the way. Sophie went above and beyond to not only help me and the buyer but also the tenants that needed a new place to live. No hurdle is too much for Sophie and her attitude is very much 'ok no worries this is what we will do instead'. I appreciated all the efforts she did behind the scenes and she 100% demonstrated the trust you can have in her to just get on and do the job. Sophie thank you for being so fantastic, I would recommend you 100 times over to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you from a very happy seller and I'm sure an equally happy buyer.
