Working with Tyler on the purchase of my house was very straightforward and uncomplicated. He was professional, easy to talk to, flexible and assisted me in every way during the purchasing process. He communicated with the owners of the house when I needed information and I was provided with quick replies which helped greatly. Tyler was a pleasure to work with.

It was a delightful experience working with Sophie initially, and then Carmen and Tyler during the process of selling my property in Oxenford. All agents, in particular Carmen, worked extremely hard and always professionally to achieve the results that they did. Not only did they successfully secure a selling price towards the top end of my price range, but they also succeeded in securing a second buyer for the same price, just in case! Carmel ensured that my property was always presented in the best light, reassuring given that I live in Victoria, and always kept me up-to-date with all activities. The whole process was relatively seamless and the interaction with this company a definite pleasure. I was recommended to this Company by a friend, and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone considering selling (or Buying) a property. Well done to all involved!

Tyler is the utmost professional whilst also being extremely down to earth and accommodating! Nothing was ever a problem and he is still offering assistance even after all the dust has settled. He dealt with everything along the way with a calm, level headed manner and made us feel at ease from the very beginning. I have no hesitation in recommending Tyler to look after your needs in regards to real estate and anything else he offers to help with! He really is an absolutely lovely young man!

My Husband and i met Sophie at the end of a stressful week looking for a place to call home on the Gold Coast back in June. At the time, we were planning our interstate move from Melbourne, with our 1 year old in tow & were hoping to find a house in the 1 week we were here visiting/ house hunting!! On the day before we flew home, a house came on the market with Coomera Realty & the moment we walked in - Sophie (& Carmine) were 2 of the warmest, friendliest & honest agents we had dealt with...& there had been quite a few that week!! Not only was Sophie honest, friendly & extremely knowledgable, she was 37 weeks pregnant & still working around the clock for a job she is clearly so passionate about!! When she called to tell us that our offer had been accepted, she truly was so overjoyed for us & felt like a friend calling to congratulate us. Throughout the entire process until settlement, and even beyond that, Sophie & Carmine's service has been 2nd to none. We can't thank them both enough for making this huge life transition so smooth & we are just so in love with our new house!! Thank you both so so much :) :)
