We were impressed with Tylers results and from the outset Tyler coordinated the marketing and sale with exceptional service, keeping us informed and communicating daily. The marketing was exceptional and we got a sale at full price and within a couple of weeks. He worked very hard for us and negotiated three written offers after the first open house day. Thank you Tyler for a very professional job well done.

Sophie marketed our house in a very professional manner, the house sold for an excellent price, and a lot quicker than what we thought it would. Sophie kept in contact with my husband and myself explaining every aspect. Sophie held a open house every weekend until the house sold! I can’t recommend Sophie and the whole team at Coomera Reality enough. We first went through Coomera Reality as a landlord as we have rented houses out before under big name real estates and felt like a number at Coomera Reality they treated us like a person, part of the family, always answering or returning our calls and Julliette got excellent tenants for us. Who vacated before time for us to sell. Well done Sophie and the entire team at Coomera Reality would not hesitate to recommend.

As first time sellers, we were a little nervous when it came to choosing an agent to represent us- A lot of people have a lot to say about real estate agents! Sophie & Tyler were genuine in their approach and took the time to get to know us and our property. We appreciated their Work ethic, honesty and all efforts to go above and beyond for us, ensuring a stress free, seamless selling experience. Everything they said they would do for us, they did, then some! We would not hesitate recommending them to everyone we know in the area. Our gratitude is endless for Sophie & Tyler, and wish them all the success in future!

We responded to a website ad and arranged for a "one off" inspection to view the property, in the limited time available to us. Tyler was very generous with his time and explained the various details specific to this property and provided informative and honest advice on the local market situation. Within a couple of days, we agreed on a price and again, with Tyler's help we engaged a local conveyancer and our purchase was underway, with each step being handled in a very prompt and professional manner. We are very grateful for Tyler's friendly and helpful attitude which went beyond our expectations.
