Sophie marketed our house in a very professional manner, the house sold for an excellent price, and a lot quicker than what we thought it would. Sophie kept in contact with my husband and myself explaining every aspect. Sophie held a open house every weekend until the house sold! I can’t recommend Sophie and the whole team at Coomera Reality enough. We first went through Coomera Reality as a landlord as we have rented houses out before under big name real estates and felt like a number at Coomera Reality they treated us like a person, part of the family, always answering or returning our calls and Julliette got excellent tenants for us. We responded to a website ad and arranged for a "one off" inspection to view the property, in the limited time available to us. Tyler was very generous with his time and explained the various details specific to this property and provided informative and honest advice on the local market situation. Within a couple of days, we agreed on a price and again, with Tyler's help we engaged a local conveyancer and our purchase was underway, with each step being handled in a very prompt and professional manner. We are very grateful for Tyler's friendly and helpful attitude which went beyond our expectations.
