About Natalie
After completing her higher school education Natalie immediately joined the family business. Now after almost 30 years in Property Management, she now owns and runs Cooper and Cooper Property Management with her sister Susan, and has recently employed her son Harrison Trad, carrying on the long family tradition established by her father. With a knowledgeable, hands-on approach, Natalie ensures all issues are smoothly and quickly resolved no matter how complex or trivial. Natalie has vast experience in NCAT proceedings due to her wealth of experience and her track record of success making her one of the most successful landlord advocates in the area. Natalie has an extremely detailed understanding of Property Management and oversees the property management department mentoring them to be the best in their field. With her experience she has carefully chosen and nurtured her staff implicitly, ensuring one of the best property management teams in the Region. Natalie is extremely proud of the business her and her sister have built and her results have proven that this is rightfully so. She provides clients with reliable advice, to help them make the most from their investments. After 10 years in Residential Sales, Susan was offered the opportunity to join her sister in taking over the Property Management Department. After careful consideration and the retirement of their father from the family business, the girls could see a market for a specialised Property Management Department, independent from the influences of the sales environment. Adopting the role of Office Manager, Susan is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the office and the task of managing the growing business. Susan manages a dynamic work environment and her commitment to service and systems are her strengths. She integrates a sales approach to Property Management whilst focusing on managing their client’s valuable investments. These are the keys to being a market leader in Residential Property Management. Along with her sister, she has carefully selected, nurtured & mentored a team of agents to create one of the best property management teams in the region. After fine tuning the property management department, Susan has ventured back into sales to mentor her nephew, Natalie Coopers son, Harrison Trad. With her property management and sales experiences combining, she is showing a new approach to work with sales in order to steer away from the cold front of sales and welcome more warmth and sympathy that is seen in the property management industry. The outcome is strongly welcomed by both buyers & vendors achieving favourable results. Susan, along with her sister, is extremely proud of the business they have built together. Kylie joined Cooper and Cooper Property Management in 2006 to be a part of a young independent team, with a reputation for service. Kylie holds strong value in clear communication and she prides herself on keeping clients fully informed. Kylie’s strong organisational skills, honest ethical and professional approach to the industry allows her to stay in control of a busy role, and ensure all potential tenants enjoy a seamless experience when searching for a home. Having a very bad experience. Straightaway, I'm moving to the property. I realised there is no electrical connection. I’ve called Origin and found out that to connect to electricity, a Certificate of Compliance for Electricity Work is required. Called Cooper and Cooper, the manager said something is wrong on the back end. She called 3rd party, then called me back. And said my connect will call you back so that you will have electricity soon. But nobody called me for 2 hours. Then I called my contact again and said that Origin needs a certificate of compliance for the work, otherwise it cannot be connected. So I have no electricity for the Easter holiday? But the manager is trying to solve the problem even though after work hours, just before the long weekend is very applicable.
