Whenever we reported a maintenance issue, the property management team responded promptly and arranged the appropriate tradespeople. They helped us address several issues, including the kitchen, laundry and bathroom taps, the range hood, and the damaged laundry tiles. Their communication was always clear, patient, and professional, and they continued to follow up whenever further work was required. As a family settling into a new home, we really appreciated their efficient support and helpful attitude. Kylie is amazing at helping to find new tenants, looking after tenants, property inspections, quotes, repairs, reporting and has a great knowledge base from which to ask advise. Any interactions with her a professional and seamless. Any time I've met her in person (at inspections or change of tenants or repairs ) she represents us, herself and cooper and cooper she always comes across as the utmost professional.
