We have had many different property managers in the Illawarra, and Natalie and her team are first class and the best by a long way. They are always on the ball and you dont have to worry about where something is at as they communicate really well and keep you informed. Whether it be a tenancy approaching renewal, ad-hoc maintenance work, inspections etc, Natalie and her team are all over it. We recently had our unit come up for renewal and Natalie was very patient, transparent, not pushy and genuinely wanted and waited for the best outcome for us. We have had many issues with property managers over the years but it is so refreshing to be looked after by a team that provide a top quality level of service that always have your best interest at heart.

Natalie and her team are always so helpful and efficient. When our unit recently came up for rent they were able to find new tenants and arrange everything so they could move in within three days of the previous tenants vacating. You can't get better than that. We highly recommend them.
