When you're not sure what to do or don't understand all the technicalities of the renting process it can be overwhelming and intimidating to say the least. Having an agency who knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me navigate the current competitive rental market was most helpful. I'd been trying for eight months to find something suitable with no success and was about to give up when an owner/manager at Cooper and Cooper reached out and encouraged me to attend one of their inspections. She persisted even though I initially didn't respond and previously cancelled an inspection. So I decided, okay ONE last try. I went to the inspection with cautious and sceptical mind but it turned out better than I expected or anticipated. Nothing is ever perfect, and we can miss out while waiting for the perfect situation. So I get to keep a roof over my head in what I consider to be much better place.

I engaged Cooper and Cooper to manage my property in Wollongong a number of years ago. Living in Sydney it is not convenient to 'check up ' on the status of my investment. However, having Natalie and her team looking after me, my property is cared for very well. Communication and attention to detail are critical requirements for me and I am not disappointed. We feel like we hit the rental jackpot when we became tenants of Cooper & Cooper approximately 13 years ago along with great landlords. Between my son and I we have rented 3 different properties over this time and have had a really enjoyable experience. I probably have higher standards and expectations of my real estate and landlord/s than your average tenant, but I do match this by being a fantastic tenant who cares for their properties like they are my own. I feel that Cooper & Cooper value us as tenants and even when our rental property was being sold we were still eager to remain with their agency. Life is hard enough without landlords and real estate agents making it more challenging and Cooper & Cooper do their very best to get things done and make our lives easier in every way. Based on our experiences I can't speak highly enough of Kylie's professionalism and her demonstrated ability to be fair, respectful, friendly, helpful and treat us as human beings (which can be hard to find when you are a tenant). Kylie addresses issues and repairs swiftly and holds landlords accountable for their responsibilities which is so refreshing, because I am sure that we have all heard horror stories of property managers allowing landlords to get away with not holding up their end of the bargain. Not that I deal with many other people other than Kylie at Cooper & Cooper I can say that everyone I encounter is professional, friendly, respectful and helpful. I know how lucky we are to be tenants of Cooper & Cooper and we look forward to continuing being long-term tenants that are treated with dignity and respect and I have no doubt that Kylie and the Cooper & Cooper team will do just that!
