We met with three real estate agents before choosing Val. There is a lot of hype and ego in real estate as many would have experienced. The larger more well known companies didn't really inspire us and, for the cut that agents get for a close to a million dollar property, we wanted someone we could trust totally without the pretence. We were travelling a lot throughout the advertising and final negotiations and Val dealt with whatever arose without fuss. The house was also fully tenanted and Val developed a good rapport with all. Val hung in there through all complications and was always available. We highly recommend Val.

Excellent Agent. Val had an excellent understanding of our area and did her research before meeting with us. Very professional but easy to get along with.
