Calming, professional and knowledgeable of the local market. Sold my "difficult to sell" unit in under 3 weeks (noting the Christmas/New Year holiday break in the middle) for the best price of any unit in that complex in over three years. Excellent coordination and care with the property manager and long term tenant, great presentation to the clients, fastidious attention to detail in the documention and timely and reassuring contact with me as the vendor.
