Professional and helpful
From start to finish it was a pleasure buying a house with Jem as the real estate lead. She was professional, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Sale of rental property
From the time we contacted Jem wanting a market appraisal to the time of settlement, the whole process only took about 6 weeks. She has always answered or returned our calls very promptly and has kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. The buyer requested some repair work to be carried out and Jem organised a quote and had the repairs attended to well before settlement. I would have no hesitation in recommending Little Real Estate and Jem in particular.

Absolute joy to work with , especially through a worrying time in our lives
Jem went above and beyond, to help us through a worrying time for us. We lost count of how many visits she made to our property for home opens and checks on the many unforeseen issues that sometimes arise after the building inspections. An amazing Job
Despite getting off to a slow start Jem was amazing during the sales process of my property. Prior to going on the market my property had undergone some damage during a storm. Jem helped manage the insurance company the builders and oversaw the repairs all while i was abroad. In addition to finding suitable buyer. I am not one that easily gives out recommendations but fantastic job all round.
