We gave Jem our ideas on selling the house and then she discussed it fully on the area plus the selling of houses in the area. I cannot speak highly enough of Jem. I told her that what I liked was that she was interested in the property and the positives of the property when she spoke with me and not in selling herself. I find many agents 'sell' themselves' and how great they will be selling my property but Jem worked on the bests of my property and how that could be used to sell it.
