Olcay is reliable and would keep me up to date at all times throughout the sale process, often contacting me outside of her working hours to give me the latest information about enquiries and feedback from potential buyers. I watch the market pretty well and had a price in mind. Tas recommended a price 20% higher than what some other agents thought and it seemed about right to me. She also nudged my reluctance to spend money on marketing but in the end, it made sense and the package was advertising pay on settlement etc - so it too made sense. On first open day had 3 offers and I happily accepted one. During the process. there were a few hassles with issues around termites etc that could have been problematic. They were handled flawlessly and I cannot recommend Yas highly enough = she just got it done. Sure the market at the time is a sellers market - but Yas certainly helped me achieve my goals at the right price and in quick time. Thanks Yas!
