Clive called me randomly and spoke about opportunities to sell in Hope Island. We'd thought about selling and spoken with several agents on the Gold Coast but none convinced us to commit to a sale. Clive put selling into a local perspective, outlined the good and bad of our prospects but kept things simple. We committed exclusively to Clive, we'd given him the difficult task of selling mainly to investors because our town house was tenanted. To cut this long story short he communicated every curve and link in developments in a timely and pleasant manner, his foresight was accurate to a degree. Clive sold our town house in a very competitive situation for a price that met the market and our requirements and in a shorter timescale than we expected.
