Most stress free sale ever.

Solomon was absolutely outstanding. I was recommended Solomon by a friend of mine and I went through with him. He was honest, kind and patient. Someone like me asks a lot of questions and needs lots of reasurance that it’s going to be all good. I didn’t think I would get a lot for my home and actually I didn’t think it would sell. When he went through the offers to me I nearly fell off my chair, when he read out the final offer, I thought he got units mixed up or that I misheard him. He is the best realestate agent in Brisbane. Even my parents were impressed and will use him when they sell their home. Thankyou Solomon, you’re the best.

Hard work 24-7

He was available to take my calls at any time, even after under contract, and patiently addressed our questions. During the negotiation process with the seller, Solomon took great care to consider both parties' opinions and effectively communicated our constraints. He efficiently completed the transaction.

getting the job done with great result!

Solomon communicates things very well and in an very understandable way. He did excellent job of identifying strong-willed buyers, demonstrating great negotiation skills and achieving a new high record sold price for Orion one-bed apartments. That's a great result for me.
